If you notice a warning in our Chrome Extension Side Panel it may be due to your Chrome Browser being set to "block third party cookies." This warning will be present in your address bar if so.

🚧 You are not required to "allow all third party cookies" to use Resource and may simply choose to allow just our cookie via an exception policy.

To get your Resource Chrome Extension working again we just need to allow an exception for our cookie or if preferable, allow third party cookies for all sites based on your preference.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More (three dots) > Settings.
  3. Under "Privacy and security," click Cookies and other site data.

You will see the following:

If you toggle to "Allow all Cookies" and refresh, your Resource Chrome Extension will start working again.

If you'd like to continue to block third party cookies but allow an exception for Resource, scroll down within the menu seen above.

Once you click add, enter "[*.]resource.io" and save.

You can now refresh any tabs where you're using our Chrome Extension to get things working again!
