We ask for email permissions because it allows us to automate email delivery from your mailbox and for us to track replies from candidates. 

The most common reason you must re-authenticate is because of a password or permissions change. 

If the campaign is being sent out on behalf of another person, they will need to be the one that re-authenticates. 

To reconnect your email account to Resource:

  1. Go to app.resource.io

  2. If you are currently signed in, sign out via the upper right corner logo with your initials

  3. Sign back in with your Google or Microsoft Account on record

  4. Accept the permissions popup window

  5. We will then queue any mail that was paused due to this
