We ask for email permissions because it allows us to automate email delivery from your mailbox and for us to track replies from candidates.
The most common reason you must re-authenticate is because of a password or permissions change.
If the campaign is being sent out on behalf of another person, they will need to be the one that re-authenticates.
To reconnect your email account to Resource:
- Go to app.resource.io
- If you are currently signed in, sign out via the upper right corner logo with your initials
- Sign back in with your Google or Microsoft Account on record
- Accept the permissions popup window
- We will then queue any mail that was paused due to this
